It's not everyday that you get asked to do portraits for a fellow photographer - and an amazing, brilliant, creative one, at that. But when you do, it's safe to say that it feels like a huuuge honor. Especially when that same amazing, brilliant, creative photographer is an incredible and dear friend. The combination of such makes for endless possibilities of fun and creativity....and lots of photos-in-the-making.
Back in April I got to spend a few hours with Rebekah Murray during one of my visits to Virginia, and as is always the case when we spend time together, an adventure was in the making. From researching the perfect trees to make our polaroid dreams come true, to discovering that paint adheres to skin more than one would think, this portrait shoot was an absolute blast from start to finish. Becka's brilliance and vision for this shoot was so fun to work with and go off of, and I'm so excited with the results.
On top of that....who doesn't just love a positively gorgeous subject to work with? Inside and out alike, Becka is beautiful, fun-loving and limitless in her abilities and ideas. I'm truly inspired by her as both a friend and fellow photographer. And I hope you all enjoy the results of our work together as much as we do. :)
